Job summary

Consortia in London is seeking a Product Lead to own the advisor platform from MVP to scale. You will be a hands-on builder who translates ambitious vision into shippable product, partnering with engineering to ship value quickly.

You will lead and mentor a junior Product Manager, embed AI workflows including LLMs and retrieval, and drive metrics-driven prioritisation while collaborating across UX, data, and APIs in a UK-timezone team.

You love being the person who takes a founder’s ambitious vision and turns it into working software, not slide decks. As Product Lead in a next-generation real estate advisor platform, you’ll be the hands‑on builder who owns the MVP, partners tightly with engineering and pushes the product forward day‑to‑day.

You'll join an early‑stage business reinventing high‑value residential real estate with an AI‑powered advisor platform. As Product Lead / Product Builder you will translate ambition into shipping product and operate as a player‑coach, setting direction while staying close to prototypes, data and implementation details, creating just enough structure to move fast without chaos.

What You'll Do

• Own end‑to‑end product strategy, roadmap and day‑to‑day execution for the advisor platform, turning leadership’s vision and customer insight into clear, shippable outcomes.
• Strengthen the existing MVP, taking key capabilities from 0–1 through launch and iteration so the platform becomes robust, scalable and genuinely useful for advisors and clients.
• Get hands‑on with prototypes and modern AI‑assisted development tools to rapidly turn ideas into working product experiences you can test and refine.
• Partner closely with the lead developer and the London engineering team to translate strategy into clear priorities and incremental releases.
• Define success metrics, use customer and operational data to guide prioritisation, and embed lightweight product discipline that keeps the team shipping without unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Lead and coach a junior Product Manager while embedding AI into workflows, including LLMs, agents, retrieval and automation, to materially improve productivity and decision‑making.

What You'll Bring

• You have significant end‑to‑end product management experience at Senior or Product Lead level, taking software products from discovery through launch and optimisation, ideally including 0–1 builds.
• You have a proven track record as a hands‑on builder, personally prototyping or developing experiences using AI‑assisted tools and working comfortably across UX, data, APIs and implementation details.
• You have strong technical judgement and a practical understanding of modern software architecture, APIs, data platforms and cloud‑native development, with engineers trusting your decisions and trade‑offs.
• You have practical experience embedding AI and ML into products, including LLMs, agents and retrieval/RAG, and you know when to use deterministic software versus machine learning or generative AI.
• You have practical experience driving engineering delivery, making pragmatic trade‑offs and creating clarity without excessive documentation.
• You are collaborative, take ownership, enjoy mentoring Product Managers, and are comfortable working primarily within the UK time zone with regular time in the team’s London hub.
