Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in life sciences, healthcare, engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination or product development desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Confident communicator, comfortable with suppliers, teams and stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to grow in a growing industry.
• Problem-solving mindset with ownership of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage product development projects from sourcing through to launch.
• Support introduction of new and existing products.
• Generate and evaluate product concepts and ideas.
• Source materials, products and prototypes for testing and market evaluation.
• Support design and development of new products.
• Create and maintain product and material specifications.
• Work with suppliers on technical, quality and product requirements.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing with technical product info.
• Support development of cost-effective manufacturing solutions.
• Ensure activities comply with quality, health & safety, and regulatory requirements.
