In Product Investigation:

• Provide technical approval of all departmental reporting streams

• Support all aspects of the In-Service Product Improvement (ISPI), such as the UMD (Unscheduled Maintenance Development) Working Group, ISPI Committee meetings

• Revamp the Failure Review Board (FRB) governance to be aligned with the Company Process, which provides effective and structured reporting to seniors regarding on-going product investigations

• Foster a close working relationship with the Continuing Airworthiness department for managing SAN (Safety Arising Notice) and attend SAG (Safety Action Group) and ART (Airworthiness Review Team) meetings

• Drive cost of ownership reductions through targeted continuous improvement initiatives, backed by cost-benefit analysis

• Champion the deployment and enhancement of digital tools to support FRB/ISPI governance processes.
