The role:

Play a key role in the creation and delivery of life-changing adventure travel products for young people. The Inventory & Safety Coordinator brings all aspects of the product together - trip documentation, pricing, availability and risk management information - in our online systems, ensuring everything is in place to enable seamless delivery and exceptional customer experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Keep our online reservations system accurate and up to date by managing product details, including pricing, departure dates, and supplier information
  • Build product and tour templates in the reservations system, ensuring correct pricing, task allocation, and documentation for each
  • Create logistical itineraries and risk assessments for all trips and activities
  • Manage supplier records in our online safety system, regularly auditing and updating documentation to ensure all suppliers meet safety standards
  • Monitor incoming feedback relating to product safety and respond efficiently to address concerns and ensure the safe operation of trips
  • Use customer feedback to improve trip information, updating details regularly to enhance quality and accuracy
  • Keep all product-related documents organized and up to date in both our central resource folder and reservations system
  • Support the Safety & Compliance Manager with tasks that help to ensure to the safety of our trips
  • During peak travel seasons, provide support in the Operations Centre to help teams facing challenges while traveling
  • Actively seek out opportunities for learning and professional growth

What we are looking for:

We’re seeking an organised travel enthusiast with exceptional attention to detail. Our ideal candidate should be committed to honing their skills in the travel industry, particularly relating to product and safety, and should be committed to excellence, ensuring our travellers have everything they need to have the best possible experience on the ground.

  • Strong computer skills and confidence using different software systems and tools
  • Willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of our reservations and safety systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Well-organized, able to manage time effectively, stay calm under pressure, and juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent written communication skills, especially for creating and proofreading customer-facing documents
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks and new projects
  • An interest in adventure travel or the outdoors is a plus. Previous travel industry experience or international travel experience is advantageous
