Job summary
PZ Cussons is seeking a Product Development Technologist in the UK to drive consumer-focused new products and renovations across our Personal Care & Beauty brands. You'll work with R&D, Marketing, Packaging and Manufacturing to deliver on time, cost and quality targets.
You will use your hands-on technical expertise to take ideas from concept through scale-up to market, balancing innovation with practicality and strong cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work is available.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting product development in FMCG/personal care.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams across R&D, Marketing and Manufacturing.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and launch new products and improvements in Personal Care & Beauty.
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Packaging, Consumer Insights and Supply Chain.
- Support projects from concept through scale-up and commercialisation.
- Partner with internal and external manufacturing to bring ideas to market.
- Apply technical problem-solving to create high-performing products.
- Contribute to continuous improvement balancing innovation and renovation.
