Innovation is at the core of the business. Our client supports, creates, and delivers premium-grade ingredients and products to the food and beverage industry, providing a complete solution at every stage of the development process.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Work on customer briefs to develop recipes within the company and customer guidelines.
  2. Prepare samples in a hygienic and accurate manner.
  3. Prepare paperwork to accompany samples (labels, submission sheets, sample advice notes).
  4. Work with procurement and technical teams to assess new raw materials.
  5. Understand relevant factory processes and attend factory trials and product launches.
  6. Assist with shelf-life trials to set microbiological and organoleptic standards.
  7. Support with visits from customers.
Person Profile
  1. A degree within a food or science-related sector.
  2. A strong passion for the food industry, either through previous full/part-time roles or personal interests.
  3. Creative flair and inspiration from new ideas or taste sensations within the food industry.
  4. Ambitious to excel and understand what excellence looks like.
  5. Previous NPD experience through a year in industry or a relevant job role.
