Job summary

Tilz Collection is building a year-round range and seeks a Product Development and Sourcing Manager to move ideas from concept to launch. You will spend time in the market researching gaps, visiting trade shows, talking to customers and finding suppliers.

You will develop and specify each product with compliance built in from the first supplier conversation. You will lead supplier conversations, manage sampling rounds and coordinate packaging artwork, aiming for Q2 2027 launches.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in product development, sourcing or buying within food, drink, gifting or consumer products.
• Experience sourcing and developing new products with UK and international suppliers, including briefing, sampling and specification.
• Experience using market research and data to identify product opportunities and build the case for them.
• Experience managing specifications, allergen, labeling and certification requirements for food or other regulated products.

Responsibilities

• Market research and opportunity identification to identify gaps and plan a 12-month product calendar.
• Supplier sourcing and product development from first contact to commercial sign-off with suppliers.
• Build compliance into sourcing from the start and coordinate packaging and artwork development.
• Prepare commercial cases including cost, landed cost, margin and pricing by channel for sign-off.
• Review performance and range post-launch and manage supplier corrective actions.
