As a Product Information Specialist, you are confident in articulating business needs and willing to challenge internal and external stakeholders. Your remit would be to manage product information setup, assessments, and data management for all beverage-related data points in support of Starbucks EMEA teams.

You thrive on being pragmatic and providing appropriate solutions.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be confident in articulating business needs and happy to challenge internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, working in partnership with a team of Beverage Developers, FSQ, Regulatory, Nutrition, Ops, and Sourcing teams, your role is to ensure precision in recipe replication and data accuracy.

As our next Product Information Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing product information setup, assessments, and data management. You will also support the Starbucks technology team to ensure accurate data outputs and work closely with the Nutrition team to maintain up-to-date information for each campaign period.

The Key Requirements...

• Having strong knowledge of beverage builds and routines.
• Being proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to become highly skilled in Starbucks recipe/ingredient management systems.
• Having experience in an office, marketing, or customer service role (retail experience is a plus).
• Demonstrating excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Possessing strong analytical, planning, and communication skills.
