Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting products through their lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on approach to engineering challenges.

Responsibilities

• Own product improvement projects to drive quality and reliability.
• Lead obsolescence management and supplier changes.
• Apply FMEA, testing, validation and problem solving on the portfolio.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across the portfolio.
