ABOUT CHOREOGRAPH OPTIMIZATION PRODUCTS

We're a team within Choreograph focused on optimizing the impact that advertising has for audiences and the brands we work with. We do this by optimizing media buying and employing dynamic creative to deliver impactful and relevant messages. Our goal is to get these messages to the right audience, on the right medium, at the right moments and locations, via channels and within budgets that are optimal for our clients.

This role will primarily focus on our Creative Optimization product, an omnichannel dynamic creative optimization (DCO) platform. This platform enables brands to power ads (images, videos, copy) across various channels (display, social, online video, connected TV) with real-time dynamic data (location, weather, events), transforming a single creative concept into thousands of unique stories. We utilize AI to optimize content performance, helping advertisers tell the right story at the right time, and audiences to see messages that matter.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Implementation Director to lead the execution and support of our Creative Optimization product. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless onboarding, deployment, and optimization of sophisticated advertising campaigns managed by GroupM ad-ops and activation specialists. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ad tech platforms—particularly ad servers, dynamic creative platforms, DSPs, and social platforms. We need a senior problem solver capable of navigating and resolving complex technical and operational challenges, while also mentoring the team with their knowledge and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Oversee and support the implementation and execution of dynamic creative campaigns for GroupM advertisers worldwide.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact alongside client managers, providing leadership, troubleshooting, and strategic guidance for complex campaigns.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and client management teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine best practices for campaign setup, creative decisioning, and ad-serving workflows.
  • Provide training and documentation for internal teams and external clients on best practices and implementation strategies.
  • Mentor a team of technical implementation specialists, fostering a culture of problem-solving, innovation, and client-centric solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Experience with advertising technology, particularly ad serving, dynamic creative (DCO), and programmatic advertising.
  • Deep expertise in ad servers such as Google, Flashtalking, Adform, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising, creative personalization, and data-driven ad strategies.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical campaign issues working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and client teams.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, APIs, and tag management systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring teams.
