Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of prepaid products
  • Processing of client order files, failed loads and order discrepancies
  • Management of order invoicing
  • Maintain stock levels (card and envelope), ensuring there are no outages, stock is ordered within required timelines and stock is destroyed in line with chip expiries.
  • Responsible for onboarding new content partners to prepaid products and conduct testing to confirm full acceptance.
  • Point of escalation for Customer Service escalations
  • Take ownership of issues raised and communicate corrective actions to all internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for operational readiness for new products prior to client implementations, including full end-to-end testing.
  • Responsible for approving client and internal marketing collateral
  • Ensure all prepaid/e-money regulations are adhered to with all processes implemented across the department.
