Job Title: Product Growth Marketing Manager Location: London, Central St Giles (3 days onsite) Rate: £48.08 per hour Duration: 7 months PAYE
Responsibilities Under the direction of the Manager, the role will involve:
Media Planning & Strategy • Serve as the primary client contact for managing large-scale, complex media planning. • Partner with global Media teams to ensure scalable strategies. • Lead multiple media agencies, prioritizing workflow and elevating agency performance. • Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality content and campaigns that align with brand and voice.
Marketing Strategy & Implementation • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business results across social, on-network, and off-network media channels. • Lead the creation, execution, and analysis of social media content, social selling programs, and employee leadership activation. • Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to enhance media and public amplification. • Design and execute internal and external promotional plans in collaboration with growth, content, and design teams.
Analytics & Performance Tracking • Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing data and developing audience insights. • Track and report on campaign ROI using CRM or project management tools. • Work closely with the sales team to maximize campaign impact.
Inclusion & Leadership • Champion equitable and inclusive behaviors across all systems, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment. • Serve as a diversity change agent, advocating for inclusive processes and cultural shifts. • Provide thought leadership and develop industry standards for advertising and strategic marketing initiatives. • Foster an environment of psychological safety where diverse perspectives thrive.
Project & Vendor Management • Manage relationships with vendors and venues, including contract negotiations, AV planning, and event logistics. • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop project strategies aligned with business objectives. • Spearhead new virtual and physical experiences in partnership with marketing teams.
