Product Governance Analyst – Salary up to £35,000

A bit about the job:
The Product Governance Analyst supports the Product Governance Manager in ensuring Aviva Health’s Product Oversight and Governance (POG) framework is adhered to throughout the product lifecycle. This includes assisting with the Product Development, Approval and Management process (PDAM), conducting product reviews, ongoing product monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In this role you will be assisting in reviewing products to ensure they deliver good customer outcomes, provide ongoing fair value, remain suitable for the target market, and are distributed through appropriate channels and supporting the completion of actions identified during these reviews. You will help maintain and review the product oversight and governance framework, providing guidance and support to relevant teams to ensure compliance with regulations whilst working collaboratively with the propositions team, whilst also supporting the continuous monitoring of product performance and compliance, promptly identifying, and addressing any issues.
This role also requires you to prepare detailed reports on product performance, governance activities, and compliance status for senior management, working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, 2nd Line Compliance, and Risk Management, to enhance product governance processes.
