Product Expert - Mobility

As a Product Expert in Mobility, you will be part of the Product Management & Innovation team within the Mobility Line of Business at Allianz Partners. Reporting to the Head of Product Management & Innovation (Mobility Line of Business), and collaborating with stakeholders internationally, you will support and develop the product and account portfolio of the Mobility Line of Business.

The Product Expert Mobility is situated within a dedicated team of experienced product and project managers leading the development, management, and implementation of international motor insurance programs, working alongside underwriting, pricing, legal, sales experts, and local Allianz entities.

The Product Management & Innovation team is part of Allianz Partners' Mobility Line of Business, which offers international insurance and service solutions for mobility clients such as platforms, car manufacturers, and shared mobility providers.

Allianz Partners is a division within the Allianz Group specializing in international B2B2C business for mobility, assistance, health, and travel.

Key responsibilities

1. Build and lead international cross-functional project teams to develop and implement innovative insurance and service solutions, collaborating closely with business partners, local Allianz entities, and experts from underwriting, pricing, and legal.
2. Develop strategies for new insurance and service solutions tailored to emerging mobility segments, aligned with current market needs.
3. Create solutions that meet the insurance and service requirements of mobility clients, focusing on best-in-class products and efficient processes.

What you bring

• Master's degree or diploma, preferably in Business Administration, Legal Science, Insurance Studies, Finance, Engineering, or IT.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills; proficiency in German and/or French is advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in insurance, related services, or management consulting within financial services, insurance, or mobility sectors, especially in innovation and product development.
• Strong conceptual thinking and creativity to design innovative and flexible solutions for complex problems.
• High ownership in developing and implementing end-to-end solutions.
• Successful project management experience in a fast-paced, international environment, capable of handling complex projects and overcoming obstacles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, negotiation, and mediation, to build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy.
• Experience in motor insurance is a plus.
• Ability to optimize data flow and storage through effective data management.
• Curiosity and competence in Conversational AI technologies to improve user experience and automate customer service.
