RevenueCat, Inc. is hiring a Product Expert to engage developers and founders, understand their goals, and demonstrate how RevenueCat can support monetization and growth. You’ll own inbound conversations, demo the platform, and coordinate with Account Executives and Support as needed.

The role is remote-first and globally distributed, with a focus on helping customers launch and optimize paid subscriptions across apps. Prior product-education or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Strong, hands-on knowledge of RevenueCat and how it’s used by developers.
• Curiosity about how apps make money and grow.
• Clear, friendly communication with developers and business stakeholders.
• Practical understanding of SDKs, APIs, subscriptions, and paywalls.
• Commercial sense to spot opportunities and next steps.
• Ownership to manage multiple conversations from discovery to handoff.
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment and learn continuously.

Aufgaben

• Respond to inbound interest with useful discovery conversations and understand the app, its people, goals, and needs.
• Turn product knowledge into practical guidance with clear demos and contextual connection to RevenueCat features.
• Guide adopters through next steps, share resources, and drive progress from conversations to action.
• Identify qualified opportunities and involve Account Executives or Sales Engineers for deeper technical discovery.
• Make handoffs easy with clear notes and ownership through the next owner.
