Job Description

Product Experience (PX) represents the voice of the consumers within IFF and helps to drive regional sales by providing insightful intelligence to optimize the consumer product experience.

IFF PX Europe is seeking a Product Experience Associate Researcher for an 18-month period starting September 2024, based at our Haverhill site.

As a Product Experience Associate Researcher, you will be responsible for executing sensory and consumer research projects aligned with business opportunities and corporate strategies. You will supervise the sensory lab and internal panel, collaborate with the creation and design teams to generate relevant insights for product development, and work with commercial and marketing teams to ensure impactful customer engagement.

Job Requirements

• Maintain the sensory lab and internal panel for discrimination tests.
• Design and execute sensory and consumer tests with cross-functional teams to generate impactful insights.
• Analyze data and present findings to stakeholders to guide product development.

Required Skills

• Master's degree in Sensory Science.
• Proficiency in sensory and consumer methodologies and data analysis.
• Ability to craft compelling, data-driven stories to deliver insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
