YourPrime in Manchester is seeking a Product Evangelist who can turn complex product details into clear customer benefits. You will work across Product, Sales and Customer Success to explain new features, demonstrate value, and craft compelling customer stories.

This role blends product knowledge with communication, education, and internal enablement to drive adoption. You will run workshops and create engaging content, aligning messaging with customer needs while staying curious about market

Responsibilities

• Translate complex product developments into clear customer benefits and use cases.
• Help Sales and Customer Success confidently explain new products and features.
• Run product workshops, demonstrations and education sessions.
• Explain new releases – what changed, why it matters and how customers benefit.
• Develop customer stories and case studies for Marketing.
• Shape product messaging, release communications and supporting content.
• Gather customer insight and feed it back to the Product team.
• Stay informed about market, customers, and AI advances.
