Job summary

Yourprime in Manchester is seeking a Product Evangelist to sit at the heart of the Product team, translating complex features into clear customer benefits for Sales, CS, and Marketing. The role blends product understanding, storytelling, and customer education to drive adoption and value realization.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering to translate new features into engaging narratives for diverse audiences, and help shape how releases are communicated and demonstrated to customers.

• Experience explaining product value to multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Turn complex product functionality into clear customer benefits and use cases.
• Help Sales and Customer Success explain new products and features.
• Run product workshops, demonstrations and education sessions.
• Explain releases – what's changed, why it matters and customer benefits.
• Develop customer stories and case studies for Marketing to take to market.
• Shape product messaging and release communications.
