Hardware and Mechatronics are central to our vehicles, addressing evolving engineering challenges. From mechanical design to systems engineering, we create outstanding customer experiences that embody modern luxury.
As a graduate, you will support design and verification processes using CAD and CAE tools to meet engineering specifications, working with advanced equipment and software to develop electromechanical control systems.
This two-year programme offers rotations across various teams, fostering cross-functional relationships and collaboration on innovative solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED
A degree in mechanical, electronic, electrical, software, chemical, aeronautical, automotive, materials, environmental engineering, aerospace, computer science, mechatronics, maths, or physics. Strong problem-solving, numerical, interpersonal skills, and confidence to champion initiatives are essential.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Starting salary of £32,000 plus a £2,000 joining bonus. After two years, salary progression to £39,000. Benefits include generous holiday allowance, car schemes, pension, and retail discounts.
