Job summary

Neuron, a London-based innovator in autonomous systems, is hiring a hands-on product/engineering lead to own the roadmap for C2OS, 4DSKY and the Neuron console. You’ll define features, craft UI/UX, write requirements and guide delivery with real users in mind.

You’ll translate strategy into concrete releases, engage customers, and shape the product alongside AI/IoT capabilities, with a flexible hybrid London-based setup and ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Front-end and full-stack engineering shipped with real users.
• Proven ability to design interfaces and workflows loved by customers.
• Experience turning product strategy into detailed requirements.

Responsibilities

• Turn product strategy into a roadmap of features with detailed user journeys and edge cases.
• Design and build the UI/UX for the console, maps, and operator displays.
• Write requirements and acceptance criteria for internal and outsourced engineers.
• Own product quality: testing against requirements and release readiness.
• Talk to customers and operators to feed insights back into design.
• Prototype ideas quickly, including AI agents that work with customer systems.
