Job summary

STRATOS Technologies in London is seeking a Product Engineer who sits at the intersection of product thinking, data engineering, and applied AI. You will help design a configurable platform that scales across industries, geographies, and operating models.

Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, product managers, and customers to translate use cases into reusable templates and robust data models, using PySpark, Python, and SQL.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or product-focused engineering roles.
• Strong fundamentals in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with platforms or products, not just one-off implementations.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer use cases and translate them into configurable, reusable platform functionality.
• Design and build scalable data models, workflows, and abstractions to support variation without custom code.
• Develop and extend generative AI workflows as part of the core product.
• Build and maintain robust data integration capabilities using distributed technologies.
