Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or physical sciences.
  • Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Data-driven problem solver with root-cause capabilities.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, test or product engineering in high-reliability environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical performance of released products to ensure timely delivery and quality.
  • Review and approve product documentation and changes.
  • Perform yield analysis and root‑cause investigations using data-driven methods.
  • Initiate and support continuous improvement to improve robustness and profitability.
  • Act as a technical focal point for assigned products and escalate risks.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, testing, design, and supply chain to align product delivery.
