About the Role:
As a Product Engineer, you'll take full ownership of delivering key features and templates that are integral to our platform. By actively listening to our users – scientists using our platform daily – you’ll help shape the product roadmap and contribute to its continuous improvement.

Consistent communication with stakeholders across different teams
Key Responsibilities:
Take ownership of core product features and drive them from concept to completion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and implement new platform capabilities
Gather feedback directly from scientists to improve existing features and prioritize new ones
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability
Occasionally travel to meet customers across Europe and the US, providing hands-on support when necessary
Requirements:
Ability to take responsibility for tasks and deliver with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Humility, adaptability, and a willingness to collaborate closely with others
Experience working with or understanding scientific research and data analytics
STEM degrees strongly preferred
Bonus: Familiarity with our tech stack: Node.js, Postgres, GraphQL, React.js (bonus but not required)
