Job summary

Dex partner company in London is looking for an early product engineer to own the user surfaces and the application layer around an agentic AI core. You’ll be among the first engineers in their London office, shaping product surfaces from a blank page to daily enterprise use.

You will decide what to build, balance scope and speed, and work across APIs, data models, and front-end interfaces. This role requires relocation to London with sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• At least two years of full-time, hands‑on product engineering experience.
• Experience as founding or early product engineer at a product‑led startup, owning features from concept to production.
• Comfortable across the full application stack: API design, data modeling, and user interfaces, with the ability to integrate with complex enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Own product surfaces end-to-end, from initial concept to daily use by enterprise customers.
• Design and build the application layer around an agentic AI core, solving complex coordination problems.
• Integrate with messy enterprise systems (ERPs, TMS, supplier portals) that lack clean APIs.
• Make critical product decisions, balancing scope, user needs, and shipping velocity.
• Ship features from a blank page to production, without waiting for detailed specs.
