Product Engineer (Automotive)
Peterborough, Cambridgeshire
36 - 40 per hour (Umbrella) Inside IR35
12 month initial contract with extension opportunities

Excellent opportunity for someone from a product engineering background within the automotive sector who is looking for a varied role on a number of exciting projects with a global market leader.

Do you have experience in working with NPI projects and working with product engineering for large categories? Are you looking for the chance to develop the next generation of products in a dynamic and challenging role?

This company is a truly multinational organisation with an unrivalled reputation for the high quality of their products worldwide. They have been established for 100 years and are continuing their expansion to this day. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking to add to their specialist team.

In this role, you will be managing a range of products and looking to optimise aftermarket opportunities on a global basis. You will be heavily involved in the development of products, especially focusing on the commercial elements within a cross-functional team. This role allows hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days a week on site and will require 37 hours per week working inside of IR35 regulations.

The Role:
  • Managing the development of aftermarket product opportunities to their global client base
  • Working with a cross-functional team and communicating with all levels of the business
  • 12 month contract working inside of IR35 regulations

  • Previous experience working with product or NPI engineering
