We're looking for talented and driven Product Engineers eager to solve ambitious problems.

Our all ex-Palantir founding team is dedicated to addressing one of the most significant hidden challenges in the software industry. We aim to build the next generation company here in London.

Conduct AI is here to revolutionize business process modernization.

The core of an enterprise tech stack is the ERP, the central record system for all company operations.

Many large enterprises possess complex ERP codebases, with millions of lines of code, thousands of configurations, and extensive operations teams. Updating processes is costly and slow, often delaying projects by years and costing hundreds of millions per company.

We're leveraging Generative AI to simplify this complexity and accelerate company growth.

Our approach involves using LLMs, symbolic AI, and static analysis to map out and understand ERP setups, providing transparency and enabling faster, more confident decision-making.

We are experiencing high demand, working with two of Europe's largest enterprises, with several multi-billion dollar companies on a waitlist, and potential ACVs in the six to seven figures, driving us toward hypergrowth.

We're seeking world-class Product Engineers

ERPs are large and complex systems; providing explainability is a significant technical challenge. We want engineers excited by this challenge to develop impactful products from the ground up. We value skills over specific experience or tech stack, believing strong engineers can adapt to any technology. The ideal candidate:

• Demonstrates solid engineering and system design fundamentals
• Has taken a product from inception to production
• Is obsessive about user impact, shipping, and iterating based on feedback
• Feels ownership beyond implementation, including product direction
• Experience with parsers, static analysis, graph DBs, or LLMs is a bonus
• Is tech stack agnostic, choosing the best tools for the problem
