Tano AI Ltd is hiring a product engineer to own the system that unlocks influencer campaigns. You will ship both backend and frontend, building AI-enabled agents that handle sourcing, briefing, negotiating and rewarding creators in production.

This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, as the team moves fast and operates with minimal PM guidance. London-based, in-person, with competitive base salary and equity.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years in software engineering or related field.
• Experience shipping real AI agents in production.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and deliver without PM guidance.
• Interest in technical founder role.

Responsibilities

• Own the influencer affiliate management agent from design to deployment.
• Ship backend and frontend components that operate unattended for months.
• Define architecture and scale as the team grows.
