Role Overview:

Title: Product Engagement Lead

Location: London,UK/US

We are seeking a Product Engagement Lead to bridge the gap between digital strategy and delivery execution. This role combines product advisory, engagement leadership, and delivery framing. You will work closely with clients to uncover and define business needs, drive product discovery, and support teams through structured delivery execution.

This is a strategic and delivery-focused role for a professional with strong consulting experience and a deep understanding of product strategy. You will act as an engagement owner, advisor to clients, and support system to internal product strategists and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engagement Ownership and Client Management
• Lead digital product engagements from discovery through execution
• Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, including C-level executives
• Support prioritization, roadmap definition, and translation of business goals into actionable delivery plans


Product Discovery and Strategic Framing

• Support and structure discovery activities to clarify user needs, business value, and delivery impact
• Collaborate with internal product strategists and clients to co-create solution approaches
• Develop product vision decks, roadmaps, scope briefs, and opportunity assessments


Delivery Support and Framing

• Define and manage the engagement structure, delivery path, and role assignments
• Guide product and engineering teams toward alignment with strategic goals
• Support delivery hygiene by helping define cadence, collaboration rituals, and communications


Cross-functional Collaboration

• Ensure cohesion between product, engineering, and design in executing delivery
• Facilitate workshops, prioritization sessions, and alignment meetings
• Maintain high levels of documentation quality and structured delivery rituals


Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience across consulting and digital product leadership
• Background in MBB or equivalent consulting firms preferred
• Experience delivering digital products or transformation programs end to end
• Ability to work independently with clients and internal teams across multiple time zones
• Strong executive presence and client advisory capabilities
• Familiarity with Agile product methodologies and product delivery frameworks
• Technical literacy and ability to engage meaningfully with engineering teams
