Job summary

NearTech Search is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer focused on product initiatives. You will own feature lifecycles from inception to production, delivering user-facing capabilities with a strong product mindset. Expect collaboration across React/TypeScript front ends and Node.js/TypeScript back-ends, backed by AWS and MongoDB.

You will prototype rapidly with AI tools, integrate analytics, and measure business impact, collaborating with autonomous, experiment-driven teams in a 100% remote UK setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle delivery experience.
• Experience with JS/TS front ends (React) and backends/APIs (Node.js/TypeScript).
• Experience delivering customer-facing features with measurable business impact.
• Exposure to AI-driven prototyping and data workflows.
• EdTech/HealthTech or regulated data environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery from concept to production.
• Ensure features are production-ready, tested, and align with internal standards.
• Measure impact using real-world metrics and iterate accordingly.
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools and gather user feedback.
• Integrate analytics, summaries, and reporting into workflows.
• Demonstrate commercial impact from shipped features.
• Drive pragmatic product decisions and balance UX with business goals.
• Work with cloud deployment (AWS) and data stores (MongoDB/SQL).
