Position Description:
  • Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
  • Ensures strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with HCP marketing/Prof Promo, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, PS&E, Sales Learning & Development , Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
  • Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
  • Develop tactical plans and lead brand deployment direction for Oncology Clinical Educators (OCEs) in collaboration with other brand leads and cross-functional partners
  • Develop content with learning and development team for field team meetings and ongoing field development for Oncology Clinical Educators (OCEs) and other field teams
  • Collaborate with omnichannel leads and media agencies to ensure targeted execution of nurse/APP-focused tactics
Qualifications:
Requirements:
  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in Marketing, Sales, and/or related fields and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred:
  • Experience in oncology
  • Previous sales or field experience
