In this role, you will

  • Define and drive efforts to expand Online’s telemetry for 3P partners
  • Develop a multi-year roadmap and strategy to extend Epic’s product offerings around LiveOps across mobile, PC, and console, in support of both developers and gamers
  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including users/developers, technical teams, and management, to gather requirements, and explain technical designs/features
  • Define measurable feature and initiative goals as well as create detailed business and product requirements that are used to guide design and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with team members to assess technical viability, test new technology, and explore design options
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and other partners on go-to-market strategies and execution for major product releases

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience across both Console/PC and Mobile gaming
  • Understanding of the major gaming platforms and the differences in player expectations on each of those platforms
  • Experience with LiveOps and related gaming telemetry and monitoring systems
  • Experience simplifying ambiguous problem spaces to drive alignment with stakeholders
  • A passion for games and a deep understanding of growth, retention, and monetization principles and mechanics as it relates to 3rd party developers
  • A desire to enable developers to ship the best titles without barriers, enabling shared experiences across all platforms
  • Experience architecting and leading innovative, complex game platform/development products
  • Experience collaborating with a variety of strategic stakeholders to bring a product vision to life
  • Deep knowledge of both developer and user behavioral trends and priorities
  • Experience in collaborating with design teams to design, document, and build systems for scalable and consistent user interfaces
