Job summary

Omnea is seeking a Product Director to lead the finance offering of the Omnea platform. You will set product direction, drive execution from day one, and quickly scale a team of PMs to deliver a differentiated finance product for enterprise customers.

You will report to the VP of Product and collaborate with design, engineering, and GTM to scale Omnea with speed, clarity, and customer obsession.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs.
• Experience building finance products from 0 to 1.
• Enterprise B2B experience with commercial impact.
• Strong product strategy skills: vision, sequencing bets, detail.
• Track record building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments.
• Lead with context and coach PMs to think independently.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholder alignment and decision making.
• Care deeply about product quality and what great looks like.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Director - Finance to lead product across the finance offering of the Omnea platform. Procurement is tightly coupled with finance processes - creating purchase orders, collecting invoices, matching and global payments. We are looking for a product leader with experience in this space, who recognises the commercial potential and is hungry to build a differentiated product as part of the Omnea platform.

In this role, you’ll be hands-on in setting product direction and driving execution from day one, and rapidly grow into building and managing a team of PMs as we scale - ensuring we’re building the right things with speed, clarity, and customer obsession.

This is a leadership role that blends execution, product vision and organizational scaling. You’ll report into the VP of Product and work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to scale Omnea at pace.

What You’ll Do

• Own product strategy and execution for Omnea’s finance offering.

• Demonstrate the market opportunity, the investment case and the execution plan.

• Hire and coach high-performing product managers.

• Drive product planning, decision-making, and communication across functions and leadership.

• Ensure we are learning fast and shipping thoughtfully - balancing speed with rigour.

• Partner with go-to-market to position and differentiate Omnea’s product.

• Partners with customer team to support onboarding, growth, and customer feedback loops.

• Help define and evolve Omnea’s product development culture as we scale - including rituals, values, and operating principles.

About You

• 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs.

• Experience building finance products from 0 to 1.

• Enterprise B2B experience - you have built for enterprise customers and contributed to commercial success.

• Strong product strategy chops - you can define vision, sequence bets, and zoom into detail.

• Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments.

• You lead with context, not control - and you coach PMs to think independently and execute well.

• Excellent communicator with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clear decisions.

• You care deeply about product quality and have a nose for what great looks like.
