Job summary

Omnea seeks a Product Director to lead product strategy across major surface areas of the Omnea platform. You will grow and manage a team of PMs, ensure speed, clarity, and customer obsession, and report to the VP of Product with close collaboration across design, engineering, and go-to-market.

About The Role

We're looking for a Product Director to lead product across a major surface area of the Omnea platform. In this role, you'll set strategy, grow and manage a team of PMs, and ensure we're building the right things - with speed, clarity, and customer obsession.

This is a leadership role that blends product vision, organizational scaling, and hands-on execution. You'll report into the VP of Product and work closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to scale Omnea at pace.

About You

• 9+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing PMs.

• Track record of building and scaling product teams in high-growth or startup environments.


• You lead with context, not control - and you coach PMs to think independently and execute well.


• Excellent communicator with the ability to align stakeholders and drive clear decisions.


• You care deeply about product quality and have a nose for what great looks like.
