Job description

The Product Development Specialist will be responsible for seeking and developing growth opportunities for the company’s services and products. Working with multi-functional teams, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of a product, conduct market research including surveys, create business plans, and liaise with third-party partners. You will also support the Legal team in preparing contracts and operating flows.

Key tasks:
  1. Contribute to and prepare service and product plans for Telehouse to enhance its data centre connectivity business, supported by market research.
  2. Scan market intelligence to explore business opportunities.
  3. Coordinate service and product plans by collaborating with business partners.
  4. Improve the company’s existing product offerings by understanding latest customer needs and market trends.
  5. Manage the entire project cycle from lead generation to closing new partnership deals.
  6. Provide analysis on options based on sales trends and other data, including visualization of risks.
  7. Support service and product partnerships with third-party companies before and after launch.
  8. Define service conditions, develop and manage orders and operational processes, and maintain documentation.
  9. Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Experience in product development within ICT or data centres.
  • Project management experience, including with external members.
  • Proven ability to deliver significant benefits to a commercial organization.
  • Strong commercial acumen and track record in business development.
  • Proficient analytical skills and a measured decision-making approach.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels, including with suppliers.
