Adore Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting a Product Development Chemist to help create and refine bespoke fuel blends for motorsport, aviation, energy and automotive sectors.
The role blends laboratory work with technical project coordination and product innovation from concept to commercial release. You will work cross-functionally with production, purchasing and commercial teams to solve technical challenges, identify improvement opportunities and guide customers with expert support.
Location: Site-based with hybrid flexibility after training
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum + benefits package
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus opportunity (up to 10%)
Annual Leave: 25 days plus statutory holidays

Working cross-functionally with production, purchasing and commercial departments, you will help solve technical challenges, identify opportunities for product enhancement and provide expert guidance to both colleagues and customers.
To be considered, you should possess:
Previous experience within fuels, additives, petrochemicals or related sectors would be advantageous but is not essential. Experience contributing to technical projects would also be beneficial.
