Job Description:

Our client, a leading global organisation is currently recruiting for a Project Manager – Product Development to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. This individual will take a crucial role in leading and delivery of multiple key projects through full lifecycle within the product development team.

Key duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Oversee existing product and new product projects from conception through to release.
2. Take ownership for managing KPI’s and deliverables against cost requirements and given project timeframes.
3. Actively identify and review and potential risks and put processes in place to mitigate these.
4. Oversee project finances including actual and forecasting.
5. Work closely with a team of mechanical and electronic engineers.
6. Provide regular reporting and feedback to key stakeholders within the business.

The successful candidate will have:

1. 5+ years experience working as a Project Manager with a focus on product development projects.
2. Experience working with Engineering teams.
3. Experienced managing multiple projects at any given time through full lifecycle.
4. Experience with Agile, Lean, EVM and methods.
5. Exceptional communicational and organisational skills.
6. Proven experience with financial forecasting and budget management.
