Job summary

Brellis Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to join a brand new Product Development department. The role is permanent, full-time and office-based in the Mansfield area.

You will plan, track and deliver multiple product development projects, coordinating timelines and documentation across Design, Procurement, Quality, Suppliers and Sales. A proactive, well-organised candidate will thrive in this cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Product Development projects.
• Maintain project CPAs, schedules, trackers and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes and track actions.
• Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues or delays.
• Act as a point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project data is accurate and up to date in relevant systems.
• Assist with continuous improvement of project processes and tools.
