Job summary

BRELLIS RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a highly organised Project Coordinator to join a new Product Development department. The role is permanent, full-time, and office-based, focusing on planning, tracking and delivering multiple product development projects.

You will coordinate timelines, documentation and meetings across Design, Procurement, Quality, Suppliers and Sales, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates. A proactive, detail‑oriented communicator will thrive in this environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or similar.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident working with cross functional teams.
• Good attention to detail and a methodical approach.
• Desirable: experience within Product Development, Engineering, Manufacturing or another technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Product Development projects.
• Maintain project CPAs, schedules, trackers and documentation.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes and track actions.
• Monitor project progress and highlight risks, issues or delays.
• Act as a point of contact between project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure project data is accurate and up to date in relevant systems.
• Assist with continuous improvement of project processes and tools.
