Due to rapid growth and strategic expansion, this company is seeking a dynamic Product Development Manager to elevate its product portfolio and drive innovation in flow control solutions.

The Opportunity

Location: Germany (including Berlin), UK, Netherlands, or France

Travel: Approximately 30% across Germany, Netherlands, and France, with occasional visits to the US

  • Lead product development from identifying needs and initial concept through design, supplier selection, prototyping, development, production, and product launch.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, engineering, procurement, and design teams.
  • Develop bespoke products and solutions within flow control.
  • Influence commercial strategy and ensure product viability in the market.

  • Expertise with pumps, seals, valves, filters, and tanks
  • Engineering background (Design, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Project, Industrial, or Manufacturing)
  • Proven track record managing products from concept to launch.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of product impact.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 30% across Germany, UK, Netherlands, and France)

Languages:

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Additional languages (German, French, Dutch) are advantageous
