Are you passionate about food and looking for an opportunity to drive real innovation? This role offers the chance to lead the development of exciting new products, working with major UK retailers to bring fresh ideas to market.

As Product Development Manager, you'll oversee the entire development process from concept to launch, identifying market opportunities, influencing customer decisions and ensuring smooth product rollouts. Acting as the key contact for customers, you'll manage everything from artwork and legal approvals to coordinating trials and collaborating with internal teams, ensuring that each product meets high standards of quality and efficiency.

We are looking for someone with experience in food NPD, ideally within the chilled sector, who is confident managing multiple projects and working at pace. Strong project management skills, excellent communication and the ability to juggle several product launches are essential. A UK degree in food science or technology is highly desirable.
