Job summary

Leverton Search is partnering with a leading global asset manager to appoint a Product Development Manager. You will lead an experienced team, oversee new public markets products from concept to launch, and contribute to the firm’s ETF and tokenisation agenda.

Reporting to the Global Head of Product within the Product Leadership Team, you will drive opportunities, build cases and shepherd products through governance to launch, while coordinating across Investment, Distribution and control

Qualifications

• End-to-end product development experience within investment management.
• Knowledge of UCITS and European fund structures.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop a team.
• Experience with ETFs and/or tokenisation is a plus.

The role:

Reporting to the Global Head of Product and joining the Product Leadership Team, you will manage two Product Development Managers. Working across Investment, Distribution and control functions, you will identify opportunities, build commercial business cases and guide new products through governance to launch.

Your background

You will bring strong end-to-end product development experience within investment management, knowledge of UCITS and European fund structures, and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and develop a team.

We welcome candidates with experience in traditional public markets products as well as ETFs and/or tokenisation. Team management experience is a must.
