Excellent role on offer for an ambitious Design Engineer looking to join a well-established, market-leading company where you will play an integral part in day-to-day manufacturing whilst being encouraged to progress your career.

Do you have experience in a Product Development/Design position focusing on driving new and existing products through the development process? Do you have experience working in an Engineering/Manufacturing environment?

This market-leading business designs, manufactures, and services their own extensive range of equipment and are pioneers in the industry. The company offers ongoing training and development as they diversify and maintain their global expert status. They are now looking for a Product Development Engineer to join their team.

The main purpose of this position is to work within the Product Development Team, playing a pivotal role in developing new and existing products. You will take full responsibility for Mechanical Design within your role while supporting overall product development. Collaboration with other sites and a desire to play a critical role within a global business are essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Product Development role within an Engineering or Manufacturing environment, with proven skills in 3D CAD software, and a desire to contribute significantly to a growing company.

The Role:

• Development of new and existing products

• Design reviews and liaising with production

The Candidate:

• Experience within a Product Development role
• Experience with Mechanical design, specifically 3D CAD
