At Crainio, we are transforming brain injury diagnostics by enabling non-invasive, real-time measurement of intracranial pressure (ICP) - a critical indicator in diagnosing and treating Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI). By using low-power infrared light and advanced machine learning algorithms, technology estimates ICP through a simple forehead probe, eliminating the need for invasive procedures. With over 2.5 million TBI cases annually in Europe, our mission is to make ICP monitoring safer, more accessible, and more affordable for patients and clinicians worldwide.
Your Role Purpose
As a Product Development Engineer, you will take strategic ownership of Crainio’s non-invasive intracranial pressure measurement technology, guiding it from early development through clinical integration. You will lead product development with a hands-on mindset by aligning user needs, engineering capabilities, and regulatory standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help to ensure the technology is not only compliant and reliable, but serves its real-world impact in clinical settings.
