About The Product Team At THG Labs

At the core of THG Labs sits the Product Team who act as the central hub, orchestrating end-to-end product lifecycles, managing customer relations and project execution.

We are responsible for ensuring efficient and seamless partnerships of all cross-functional teams and tasks to bring a concept idea to finished goods on time, on cost and in spec. We represent our customers and brands requirements to drive forward the product brief management, product costing & budget management, packaging artwork & design, system set up and risk management collaborating with R&D, Regulatory, Buying, Design, Supply and Production.

Product Development Co-Ordinator

This entry-level role serves as an essential foundation and support function within the Product Team, providing valuable exposure to the intricacies of product development and project management and serves as a springboard for those aspiring to pursue a career in Product Management. In this role you will report into a Product Manager.

• Smooth execution of various administrative tasks, critical to both the success of our projects but also the day-to-day functioning of the product team.
• Liaising with cross-functional teams throughout a project timeline.
• Track key milestones on the project critical path and where required set up project critical path with manager’s support.
• Researches and collates competitor analysis to support product concept proposals.
• Tracks new product launches and key market trends.
• Contributes to the compilation of artwork briefs, liaising closely with the design team and circulating relevant documents for approval.
• Prepares component samples for manager to set QC standards.
• Prepares development samples with relevant documentation for the customer’s approval.
• Attends production runs both internally and externally.
• Contributes to the collation of product costings and budgets.
• Communicates effectively and positively with all teams, colleagues, and managers.
• Helps to promote a positive working environment.
• Any other duties that may be required.
