Job summary

SC Johnson Professional in the UK is seeking a Product Development Associate to support the development and delivery of new product lines in skin, surface, and floor cleaning categories. You will work within a project team to provide objective data that informs decisions throughout product development.

The role requires accuracy in measurements, ability to follow protocols, and collaboration across teams. Hybrid work model with office presence in Denby.

• Previous laboratory experience is desirable.

About the Role:

Join our team as a Product Development Associate. You'll play a key role in contributing to the development and delivery of new product lines, as well as enhancing existing products. In this role, you will work as part of a project team to provide objective, quality data to support decision making during the development of skin, surface, and floor cleaning products.

Responsibilities:

• Plan product claims and validation requirements
• Perform product testing to validate new products
• Analyse data and clearly articulate test conclusions to stakeholders

Experience you’ll bring:

• Able to perform measurements accurately and follow a written protocol
• Previous laboratory experience (desirable)
• A level qualification

Please Note:

This role is based in the UK, and applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We do not provide domestic or international relocation for this role. You will be required to work from the office 5 days a week during the 90 days.
