Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Product Development Admin to support the Product Development team, ensuring administrative, financial and logistics processes run with accuracy and care. This role helps move goods through the development cycle on time and supports timely vendor payments and budget visibility.

Based in London, you will collaborate with Product Development, Finance, Trade Compliance and cross-functional teams, managing purchase orders, budgets and cost tracking while supporting seasonal

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience handling budgets, invoices and cost tracking in a product-led environment.
• Clear and proactive communicator able to share timely updates with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders for raw materials, components and shipments to ensure vendors are paid on time.
• Coordinate national and international shipments with couriers, vendors and internal teams.
• Partner with Trade Compliance to prepare documentation for import/export activity.
• Maintain packing lists, sample order trackers and seasonal reports for visibility across teams.
• Track shipment and Product Development budgets, allocating costs and preparing analysis for Finance.
• Monitor development activity, including mould costs and delivery progress, to support collection milestones.
