• Maintain accurate sourcing and product data throughout the season.
• Validate and confirm product, pricing and range information with suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and ex-factory dates.
• Create delivery planners, monitor shipment progress and SAP reports.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for supplier partners and communicate timelines.
• Analyse routine and ad hoc reporting and escalate delivery risks.
