Location: Manchester City Centre / Hybrid

Type: Full-Time

Our client, a fast-growing online beauty brand, is looking to recruit an experienced Product Developer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end development of new beauty products—overseeing everything from initial concept through to launch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Range building
• Sampling
• Sourcing new products from China
• Critical Path management
• Negotiating with overseas suppliers in China
• Collaborate with labs, packaging, regulatory, and marketing teams
• Track and manage development timelines, testing, and approvals
• Research trends, ingredients, and market insights to inform innovation
• Ensure all products meet regulatory and brand compliance

Candidates will only be considered if they have experience working in the beauty brand industry in a Product Development role.
