You will be responsible for driving the development of products from concept through to release, obsessing over customer experience while ensuring commercial viability.

The role and how you’ll be working

• Shape the direction of product development and contribute to business success by disrupting traditional craft markets.
• Lead the development and launch of new products from concept to market.
• Identify trends and insights to inform the product roadmap.
• Develop product strategies aligned with brand, business, and consumer needs, managing a pipeline of innovations.
• Analyze customer feedback and integrate findings into product improvements.
• Present innovative ideas, considering customer experience, costs, margins, and strategic fit.
• Collaborate with design teams to realize concepts.
• Manage all aspects of product development, including artwork proofing, content accuracy, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners for sourcing materials and components.
• Ensure products meet financial targets during design and manufacturing phases.
• Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring milestones and stakeholder contributions are met.
