Job description

dSb is proud to be partnering with one of the most exciting established fashion retailers in the North West. Due to ongoing expansion and investment, they are looking to appoint a Fashion Product Developer with excellent technical experience.

You will be responsible for the seasonal development of multi-product apparel collections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On time development of products from initial tech pack to production bulk seal.
  • Timely approval of shipment samples.
  • Ensuring team attendance of weekly meetings and fit sessions.
  • Managing the successful completion of delivery priorities within the critical path.
  • Products meeting Global Health and Safety product standards.
  • Seasonal price negotiations that are in line with target prices and margins.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of the supply base and support the on-boarding of new factories.
  • Conducting fit sessions.
Qualifications:
  • To be a Product Developer or Garment Technologist from an apparel/fashion background.
  • Be experienced in price negotiations.
  • Excellent garment construction and fabric knowledge.
  • Interpersonal skills - approachable and personable.
  • Suitable permanent right to work status within the UK.
